Olives, Olive oil, Fava beans, Grapes, Honey and Herbs are cultivated at the restaurant’s own biodynamic farm.

Wines are carefully selected to bring out the flavours of the dishes.
The building’s old underground water tank has been transformed to cellar, where more than 400 wine bottles are stored under adequate ageing conditions.
